Set of 3 Post-It-Note pads, each with it's own prompt to help build self-worth. The goal is to pause and acknowledge something the writer did that they feel good about and to replace their negative self-descriptions with positive ones. The messages read, "You showed amazing strength when", "You made me smile when", and "I'm not ___, I'm ___". The first two can also be used to recognize and see another person.
